Guitar builders?

I am finishing a Saga Tele Kit. Still needs paint and have to decide on pickups. I also built a Danelectro Silvertone out of parts from Ebay and GFS.

Have installed GFS pickups in five uitars and a bass, next project is rewiring an Area hollow body.

Have also built two battery amps. I love to take inexpencive guitars amd make them into something that is as good as the premium brands.

So I screwed that reply thing up. Thats exactly what I like to do. If you haven't experimented with varitone switches yet, you should. I love them I put them on everything. It's like instant bass.Wiring is fun, If you don't have it, get the book-Guitar Electronics Understanding Wiring by T.A.Swike, It will tell you how to do any kind of wiring. I have yet to build a battery amp, but I want to build one into a small guitar.Do you have any suggestions for where to get the schematics for a good one?

Lots of information. Best one seems to be the Ruby. 1/2 watt w/ a 9 volt battery. Sounds good and loud enough for practice with a good speaker. Parts are avialable at Radio Shack or Parts Express.

Next one I build will probablybe a Noisy Cricket.
